Overnight Family Camping
Dates: May 25-26, 2013
Cost: $25 per person/per session
Register By: Friday, May 10
Experience the fun of Camp Foxtail - family style. One dinner, breakfast and lunch will be included. Families will be assigned cabins to sleep in and share community bathrooms. The whole family gets to enjoy all the activities that are available at camp: biking, hiking, games, campfires, songs, archery and so much more! We provide the staff for all program activities. Each family will be responsible for their children, transportation to camp, bedding and personal items. All activities are done family style. No children under the age of five are permitted to attend.
Re-Awakening of Camp Foxtail
Dates: Saturday, June 8, 2013
Cost: FREE
This is a fantastic way to get involved with your community. Help prepare Camp Foxtail for the summer. After a long winter, we need to air out and ready the cabins for camp. With the help of volunteers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and skilled laborers camp will be ready for laughter and smiles! A variety of projects will be planned for all skill levels.
Camp Foxtail Open House
Dates: Saturday, June 15, 2013
Cost: FREE
This is the perfect opportunity to take your little camper on an exploration of Camp Foxtail. Ride up on a bus from the Girl Scout Leadership Center or drive up on your own. You and your family will be able to tour the camp facilities and meet the camp staff for 2013. Lunch will be provided. Come enjoy the cool mountain air and fun activities. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and a light jacket. Registration is required.
*Please note: The bus will leave the Girl Scout Leadership Center at 9 a.m. and return at 2 p.m. Only 50 spaces. Register early to reserve your seat.
